First check your junk mail folder. If it's not there, don't worry, sometimes technology is not as reliable as we think.

Email us at contact@Quiltsland.com, and we will email the pattern directly to you as soon as possible.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE PATTERNS AFTER PURCHASE?

Once you have made your payment, you will receive an email with a link to the download. You can save the download directly to your phone, computer, or iPad so you can access the pattern anywhere, anytime! Don't forget to save your product, just in case.

ARE YOUR PATTERNS AVAILABLE IN PAPER VERSION ?

Quiltsland is an ecological and user-friendly website. For environmental reasons, we do not offer a paper version. We let our customers choose if they want to print the document or not.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PATTERNS?

If what you see is not what you expected, simply reply to the download email within 15 days, and you will receive a full refund.

HOW DO I PRINT THE PATTERNS FROM YOUR SITE?

There are two ways to print from our website: You can download a PDF copy of the pattern to your computer and then print it, or you can print it directly from your browser.

Most computers have Reader software that allows you to read PDF files. You can download a free copy at https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

CAN YOU PRINT MY PATTERN IN PDF FORMAT FOR ME?

We're really sorry we can't print the PDF patterns for you, but if you have trouble printing your pattern, or don't have a printer, there are other options.

You can take your PDF pattern to a copy or print store, who can print it for you. There are also online printing services that allow you to download your patterns in PDF format, print them and mail them to yourself for a fee.

YOU HAVE A PATTERN I WOULD LIKE IN ANOTHER SIZE - WHY CAN'T YOU PROVIDE IT?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide all patterns in all sizes. Each new size requires a considerable amount of work to modify and test the pattern, and some patterns do not fit well in larger or smaller sizes. In the future, you can generally expect adult items to be available in sizes from XS to 2X, but we cannot remake old patterns that do not conform to this sizing guideline.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A PATTERN IS TOO DIFFICULT FOR ME (PATTERN RANKING)?

Beginner: Basic stitches, including increasing, decreasing, and finishing.

Easy (beginner+): Simple quilt patterns and/or shaping.

Intermediate: More complicated quilt patterns and diagrams.

Intermediate+: More than one quilt pattern in the same design and more complex shapes.

Experienced: Complex quilt and color patterns and/or complex shaping and finishing techniques.

We don't charge shipping fees or taxes for my PDF files, no matter where you are in the world :)
